In the Customer & Market Platform water companies share knowledge about their service provision to customers. They provide each other with information about their methods and experiences in a variety of areas, such as invoicing processes, customer communications and service-provision benchmarking. The companies also discuss new developments of relevance to customer management, such as disconnection policy and debt assistance.
The Customer & Market Platform comprises customer managers from all the Dutch water companies and from the Flemish water companies Pidpa and De Watergroep. KWR facilitates the knowledge sharing process. Every year we organise three meetings, one of which at a water company location.
