Extending a microservice that validates sensor data near real-time

DVR Hackathon at KWR

Event details

A hackathon will take place at KWR on 26 June as part of the Waterwijs research programme. The hackathon is intended for anyone with skills working at the water companies participating in Waterwijs.

Together, we are working to improve the reliability and usability of an AI-based data validation and correction (DVR) tool. DVR is a microservice for water companies that allows them to check online (sensor) data quality in near real-time. The microservice functions in the water company’s (cloud) environment and can be used to improve data quality for monitoring and/or control of (drinking) water production and/or delivery processes, reporting or other purposes.

Would you like to join? Experience with Python and Docker is a requirement. Please contact Dirk Vries or Martin Korevaar if you are interested.

Experience in programming with Python and working with Dockers is required.
