On the occasion of the closing meeting we will be looking back at the results of the Clean Water Experiment with the citizen scientists of Amsterdam.
Walk-in market: 19:00 – 20:00
For adults the closing meeting begins at 19:00 with a knowledge market, at which all the organisations involved in the Clean Water Experiment will be present. We would like to talk about what you have measured, what our contribution to the experiment is, and what we will ultimately do with all data you have collected. We will also be happy to tell you more about our Clean Water field of expertise and its latest developments. There will also be a mini-cinema showing short home-grown films.
Joint programme: 20:00 – 21:00
Menno van der Veen, known among others for his columns and opinion pieces in for instance NRC Handelsblad, Volkskrant and Groene Amsterdammer, has a penchant for combining different themes and points of view. Drawing on his vision, he will take us through all that the Clean Water Experiment has revealed. Through round-table discussions we want to delve more deeply into the scientific, social and artful aspects of the experiment. The evening will also feature a quiz. The special finale will be the award event, and we’ll have a unique gift for each of those attending.
Knowledge market and chat over drinks: 21:00 – 22:00
At 21:00 the knowledge market will be reopened. So that if you weren’t able to visit it earlier or if you have further questions, you’ll have (another) chance to talk to the expert.
