Mollie Torello MSc

Mollie is a scientific researcher and project manager for the Hydroinformatics team. She is an environmental engineer specializing in water supply engineering (MSc, IHE Delft). Prior to KWR she worked as an environmental, health, and safety engineer in the industrial manufacturing sector before being granted a scholarship to study Urban Water and Sanitation in UNESCO-IHE, Delft. During her thesis, she assessed the technical, economic, and social feasibility of rainwater harvesting in Arusha, Tanzania as part of the Mbinguni Maji (Water from Heaven) Project. Her passion lies in finding new ways to utilize emerging technology to allow access to stable and safe drinking water sources through both centralized and decentralized methods. At KWR, she works on a variety of projects for the hydroinformatics team as a researcher.
