The project will allow the renovation and modernization of the service infrastructure, providing significant benefits for the city and its inhabitants.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The letter of intent aims to promote the investment conditions for the creation of underground services infrastructure for the municipality. The use of the infrastructure will generate income for the city from public and private companies, such as Water Agency (SIAPA), CFE, gas companies and telecommunication services.<\/p>\n<p>The following parties have signed the letter of intent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mtro Regidor Luis Cisneros Quirarte Presidente de la comisi\u00f3n Edilicia de Obras p\u00fablicas, Planeaci\u00f3n\u00a0 Para el desarrollo Urbano y Movilidad, <strong>Ayuntamiento de Guadalajara<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Lic .
