Management Assistant (m/f)

We are looking for

KWR is looking for a management assistant who can master new tasks quickly. You have good social skills and a strong, self-reliant character. You know how to set the right priorities and you thrive in a dynamic work environment. In addition, you take initiative, you are flexible, ethical, customer-oriented, and conscientious, you have strong organizational skills, you can cope with stress, you are proactive and an excellent team player. You enjoy your basic duties such as filing, planning, taking minutes and agenda management, and you do this with the greatest care. In this position you are responsible for your own work.

Our minimum requirements are

  • MBO/HBO work experience and intellectual credentials;
  • A relevant training (secretary or management assistant training, for example).
  • A pro-active approach to your work;
  • At least three years of working experience in a similar position;
  • Familiarity with the MS Office package (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • A sound mastery of both written and spoken Dutch and English.

The team

The executive board secretariat is a small, close-knit and informal team of four colleagues that organizes effective support for the organization. Due to the busy workload of the secretariat, we are looking for a second management assistant (m/f) who works independently in close coordination with his/her immediate colleague.

The basic work in this position consists of:

  • You manage the agenda of the manager Corporate Services/CFO and set priorities in her agenda;
  • You are in control of her busy mailbox;
  • you provide support to the Chief Science Officers;
  • You are the first point of contact for the team leaders within our knowledge groups Sustainability & Transitions and Water;
  • You set up introduction schedules for new colleagues in consultation with the teaml eaders;
  • You plan meetings and take care of meeting documents and/or their distribution.

And furthermore, you deal with daily mail and all additional business.
