Intern legal affairs

Are you an inquisitive and enthusiastic law student (corporate law profile) and are you looking for an instructive internship at a professional organization that works on sustainable development? Then read on!

About the internship

As an intern corporate law, you are really part of Corporate Services within the organization. During the meetings, the current business topics are discussed and you think along within them. Among other things, you will be involved in corporate law issues with an emphasis on business contracts (B2B). Legal matters are directly under the responsibility of our Corporate Services Manager/CFO and, if necessary, you will receive daily guidance from the company secretary.

Within your internship you will work on various projects. For example, the further professionalization of legal support by means of structuring, checking, updating and, if necessary, setting up a set of standard templates / formats and documents (including purchase / sales contracts, non-disclosure agreements, purchasing and delivery conditions and standard paragraphs for custom contracts), manuals and references to the FAQ. In short, a very diverse and instructive internship where your input counts!
