Steven (Stef) Koop PhD is a researcher at KWR. His expertise is in analysing and evaluating urban water management and the governance capacity needed to solve water challenges. In addition, he has expertise in the field of water conservation behaviour and integral asset management. He is also a researcher at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development at the University of Utrecht. Stef is the co-developer of the City Blueprint method, an indicator analysis of the urban water cycle, which is currently being used in 75 cities in over 35 countries. He is the founder of the Water Governance Capacity Analysis, which identifies the key social barriers and enablers to addressing water challenges applied in 15 cities across the world: https://www.watershare.eu/watershare-news/governance-capacity-analysis-address-water-challenges/.
