From those filling our staff and support functions, we expect that they be experts in their fields, and that they have high-level commitment, good interpersonal skills and enjoy working with and for professionals.
Application procedure
We would be happy to receive your curriculum vitae accompanied by a short and concise letter explaining your motivation. Make us enthusiastic about meeting you! Are you sending us an open application? Then let us know in the letter.
The next step
After receiving your letter, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt as soon as possible. Within two weeks after the application deadline, you will hear from us and possibly be invited for an initial interview.
In the case of an open application, we will inform you whether we have a suitable position for you. If this is not the case, then we will keep your information on file, so that if a suitable position does open up in the future, we can contact you as quickly as possible.
The interviews
The goal of the first interview is exploratory: to find out whether you are the person we are looking for and whether the job suits you. If there is a match, then a second interview is held in which the details of the function are gone into more deeply. The goal is to determine whether you’re the perfect candidate, but also whether the job meets your expectations. A presentation or an assignment might be part of the procedure.
The terms-of-employment meeting
A meeting about the terms of employment typically follows upon the second interview. This is when we enter into the details of KWR’s terms of employment; a salary offer then follows.
Lastly, an employment contract is drawn up. Once you sign this document you’ll be warmly welcomed as a new colleague at KWR.
Our appointments are initially always temporary, for a period of one or two years. A permanent appointment is the result of good performance.
